以《测量不确定度表达指南(GUM)》中的B类评定方法为基础,根据传感器频率特性,计算传感器检测过程中幅值和相位的误差。然后根据A/D转换过程中的量化误差以及数据采集的速率,评估A/D转换和信号采集过程的不确定度。之后将传感器和A/D转换2个环节进行结合,对虚拟仪器测量不确定度做出评估,提出一种评估虚拟仪器测量不确定度的通用方法。
Based on the evaluation method of Class B in the Guide to Measurement Uncertainty Expression (GUM), the error of amplitude and phase in the sensor detection process is calculated based on the frequency characteristics of the sensor. Then based on the quantization error during A / D conversion and the rate of data acquisition, the uncertainty of A / D conversion and signal acquisition process is evaluated. After that, the sensor and A / D conversion are combined to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the virtual instrument. A general method to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the virtual instrument is proposed.
