目的研究PCR检测技术在流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)疑似病例诊断中的应用。方法应用PCR技术检测流脑疑似病例脑脊液和血清标本中脑膜炎奈瑟菌种属及各群的特异性DNA片段。结果11例流脑疑似病人的脑脊液标本中检出7份NmCrgA基因阳性,其中1份含有NmA群Orf-2基因片段,1份含有NmB群siaD(B)基因片段,5份含有NmC群siaD(C)基因片段;血清标本中检出3份NmCrgA基因阳性,3份均含有NmC群siaD(C)基因片段。结论PCR技术可应用于临床标本中脑膜炎奈瑟菌种属及各群的特异性检测,以快速诊断流脑疑似病例。
Objective To study the application of PCR detection in the diagnosis of suspected cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis (referred to as meningitis). Methods PCR-specific DNA fragments of species and groups of Neisseria meningitidis in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum samples were detected by PCR. Results A total of 7 positive samples of NmCrgA were detected in cerebrospinal fluid of 11 patients with suspected meliosis. Among them, 1 contained NfNf gene Orf-2 gene fragment, 1 contained NmB group siaD (B) gene fragment and 5 contained NmC group siaD 3) NmCrgA gene was positive in serum samples, and 3 fragments of siaD (C) gene were found in 3 samples. Conclusion PCR can be applied to the detection of species and groups of Neisseria meningitidis in clinical specimens in order to rapidly diagnose suspected cases of meningitis.
