不同浓度的卡那霉素结合羧苄青霉素、头孢霉素对沙田柚子叶、上胚轴、下胚轴的分化及新梢生长的影响试验结果表明:培养基中卡那霉素浓度超过50mg/L时,不利于诱导产生愈伤组织,也不利于上、下胚轴形成不定芽;卡那霉素浓度大于75mg/L时,明显抑制愈伤组织的分化和新梢的生长;羧苄青霉素及头孢霉素浓度为300—400mg/L时抑菌效果较好,对外植体的生长分化影响亦较小。
