本文对2800XP矿用挖掘机斗杆进行了静态强度有限元计算与分析。结果表明,斗杆受力最严重的工况是在挖掘过程中挖掘阻力作用在铲斗的边齿上,使斗杆受到非常严重的扭转应力。最大应力区位于斗杆前部从齿条前导板到扭转筒这一区域,最大当量应力为13100N/cm~2,这低于斗杆材料的屈服极限,故该斗杆的静强度是足够的。
In this paper, 2800XP mining excavator arm static strength finite element analysis and calculation. The results show that the most stressed condition of the arm is that the excavation resistance acts on the teeth of the bucket during excavation, which causes the arm to suffer severe torsional stress. The maximum stress zone is located at the front of the stick from the front guide of the rack to the torsion cylinder. The maximum equivalent stress is 13100 N / cm ~ 2, which is lower than the yield limit of the stick material. Therefore, the static strength of the stick is sufficient .
