在采访调研过程中,我们了解到,在2007年中国移动广东公司实施“管理信息一体化”模式之前,各开发商缺乏统一的指导规范,自身管理水平参差不齐,导致“信息孤岛”普遍存在,系统展示五花八门,信息系统的可移植性、易推广性、易维护性严重不足。随着“管理信息一体化”模式的应用及推广,到2009年4月,中国移动广东公司在需求调研、项目管理、成果交付及知识转移、系统运维、合作伙伴培育等方面发生了较大的转变,总结对比如下:
