以南昌市红谷滩中心区为例,针对设计标准相同的排水系统出现不同内涝现象的问题,研究了排水系统出水边界条件对内涝的影响。从案例现场数据差异比较、水力模型模拟结果分析、出水条件影响的原理解析等三个层面进行了分析论证,总结得出,管道重现期标准高低不是决定内涝发生与否的根本因素,管道末端出水口条件对内涝的影响最大,应尽量采取措施降低排水系统出水口水位或抬高所在地面标高以减少城市内涝的发生。并据此提出了改善排水系统出水边界条件的措施。
Taking the central area of Honggutan in Nanchang as an example, aiming at the problem of different waterlogging in drainage system with the same design standard, the influence of drainage boundary conditions on waterlogging was studied. The analysis and demonstration are carried out from three aspects: the case comparison of field data, the simulation results of hydraulic model and the principle analysis of the influence of water conditions. It concludes that the standard of pipeline recurrence period is not the fundamental factor that determines the occurrence of waterlogging. Water outlet conditions have the greatest impact on waterlogging, and measures should be taken to reduce the water level at the outlet of the drainage system or raise the elevation of the ground surface to reduce the occurrence of urban waterlogging. Based on this, the measures to improve the outlet conditions of drainage system are put forward.
