包钢白云鄂博输送矿浆管道弯管磨损比较严重。应用Fluent软件,模拟矿浆流动在管道内部的流场分布,对比分析了1.2 m/s和2 m/s矿浆流动初速度的压力、壁面剪切应力和磨损分布图。研究结果表明:对于压力场,由于离心力的作用,外侧压力高于内侧;由于受重力的影响,壁面剪切应力场是弯管内侧高于外侧。为矿浆管道的流体输送提供了理论依据。
Baotou Bayan Obo delivery pulp pipeline elbow wear more serious. Fluent was used to simulate the distribution of flow field inside the pipeline. The pressure, wall shear stress and wear distribution of the initial velocity of the pulp flow at 1.2 m / s and 2 m / s were compared and analyzed. The results show that for the pressure field, the outer pressure is higher than the inner one because of the centrifugal force. Due to the influence of gravity, the wall shear stress field is higher than the outer side of the elbow. It provides a theoretical basis for the fluid delivery of slurry pipeline.
