目的研究王不留行不同生育时期中不同部位干物质积累及黄酮苷含量的变化规律。方法采用称重法测定王不留行不同生育期干物质含量变化,高效液相法测定王不留行植株不同部位的黄酮苷含量。数据采用Excel 2003和SPSS19.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。结果将王不留行整个生育期划分为七个时期,王不留行单株干物质积累呈“S”型曲线变化,种子中的黄酮苷显著大于茎、叶中的含量,茎、叶中王不留行黄酮苷含量在4月份较高,成熟期种子中王不留行黄酮苷含量为0.410%,占单株总积累量的91.2%,显著大于茎、叶中的含量和积累量。结论以王不留行和黄酮苷积累量为王不留行的收获目标,种子为收获部位与药典一致,但其地上部位也含有黄酮苷,可以进一步深入研究。
Objective To study the regularity of dry matter accumulation and flavonoid glycoside content in different parts of Wang Bu Liu Hang during different growth stages. Methods Weighing method was used to determine the change of dry matter content at different growth stages of Wangfuyu line. The contents of flavonoid glycosides in different parts of Wangbuyu line were determined by HPLC. Data using Excel 2003 and SPSS19.0 software for data processing and statistical analysis. Results The whole growth period of Wangbuliu line was divided into seven periods. The dry matter accumulation of Wangbu line was changed to “S” pattern. The flavonoid glycosides in seeds were significantly larger than those in stems and leaves, The content of flavonoid glycosides in leaves was higher in April, and the content of flavonol glycosides in mature seeds was 0.410%, accounting for 91.2% of the total accumulation of single plant, significantly higher than that in stems and leaves the amount. Conclusion The goal of Wangfuyuhang and the accumulation of flavonoid glycosides is Wangfuqinghang. The harvest site of seed is consistent with Pharmacopoeia, but the aboveground parts also contain flavonoid glycosides, which can be further studied.
