超短波、微波等对动物脑细胞的钙流效应,在体外内实验研究中表明,均为钙外排增加。但是钙稳态的影响因素很多,近年来认为对真核细胞钙稳态影响因素中,最重要的是钙调素(Calmo-dulin,CaM)。CaM作为钙的受体介导细胞功能的信息调节。上述研究未能深入到对CaM的研究。本研究目的在于直接探讨超短波对大鼠前脑CaM的效应。 实验方法 使用本校繁殖的雄性Wistar大鼠。实验前体重为177—255g,共43只。随机分为照射组与对照组。
Calcium flow effect on animal brain cells such as ultrashort wave and microwave has been shown in experimental studies in vitro that all the calcium efflux increases. However, there are many influencing factors of calcium homeostasis. In recent years, Calmo-dulin (CaM) is the most important factor affecting calcium homeostasis in eukaryotes. CaM as a calcium receptor mediates information regulation of cell function. The above research failed to go deep into the study of CaM. The purpose of this study is to directly investigate the effect of ultrashort wave on CaM in rat forebrain. Experimental Methods Male Wistar rats that were bred in our school were used. Before the experiment the body weight is 177-255g, a total of 43. Randomly divided into irradiation group and control group.
