对盆五油田储藏特征、粘土矿物成分、岩心酸蚀实验进行了分析,确定了P5134井酸化试验方案。由于地层粘土含量高,其中绿泥石含量高达32%,酸岩反应产生大量的Fe2+,通过对酸化后地层返排液的跟踪分析,考察了酸化反应规律,高温铁离子稳定剂有效防止氢氧化铁沉淀的产生。经现场实施,该井近井地带污染严重,吸液困难,反复多次挤注、浸泡,酸化施工成功,地层供液能力明显提高。
The reservoir characteristics, clay mineral composition and core erosion experiment of basin Wu 5 oilfield were analyzed, and the acidification experiment scheme of well P5134 was determined. Due to the high content of clay in the stratum, the content of chlorite is up to 32%, and a large amount of Fe2 + is produced from the acid rock reaction. The acidification reaction law is investigated by tracking analysis of the back flow of the acidified formation. The high temperature iron ion stabilizer can effectively prevent the oxidation of hydroxide Iron precipitation. After the on-site implementation, the well near the wellbore was seriously polluted, difficult to absorb liquid, repeated squeezing, soaking and acidizing construction successfully, and the capability of liquid supply for formation was obviously improved.
