综合介绍了近20年来美、中、俄等国纳米钨和WCCo粉末制备技术的发展与现状,结合对一些主要工艺、方法如喷雾转化法、溶胶-凝胶法、气固相反应法、机械合金化法、离子化学法、直接还原碳化法等的详细介绍,着重展示了中国在最近10年内的有关进展,并指出了这些方法的优势与不足。还对国内外用各种方法制备的纳米钨和WC-Co粉末的粒度与性能进行了分析与比较。指出无论是国内还是国外,真正实现纳米钨和WCCo粉末的大规模生产与大批量应用尚有一定的路程。
The development and current situation of nano-tungsten and WCCo powder preparation technology in the United States, China and Russia in recent 20 years are introduced synthetically. Combining with some main techniques and methods such as spray transformation method, sol-gel method, gas-solid reaction method, The detailed introduction of the alloying method, the ion chemistry method and the direct reduction carbonization method focuses on the progress of China in the recent 10 years and points out the advantages and disadvantages of these methods. The particle size and properties of nano-tungsten and WC-Co powders prepared by various methods at home and abroad were also analyzed and compared. It points out that there is still a certain distance to realize the large-scale production and high-volume application of nano-tungsten and WCCo powders both at home and abroad.
