在硬骨鱼类的孵化过程中,卵膜(壳)的裂解是由孵化腺细胞分泌的孵化酶完成的.为了探索鲆鲽类牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceus胚胎在孵化过程中孵化腺细胞的分化及变化规律,本文利用高碘酸-雪夫染色反应(PAS)研究了P. olivaceus胚胎在孵化过程中孵化腺细胞的分化及变化规律.结果表明,典型的孵化腺细胞于孵化前15小时出现,位于胚胎的前中部.孵化腺细胞的数量和体积均在孵化前达到最大值,而且,均位于胚胎头部和背部表面.一旦孵化结束,孵化腺细胞的数量和体积均急剧下降,并于孵化后13小时消化.“,”In natural hatching of teleost fish, the dissolution of the egg membrane (chorion) is brought about by the action of hatching enzyme (chorionase) secreted from gland cells of the embryo. To investigate the differentiation variability of hatching gland cells (HGCs) in the embryo hatching process of flounder Paralichthys olivaceus, Paralichthys HGCs was inspected cytochemically by periodic acid-Schiff reaction in this study. The typical Paralichthys HGCs were first visualized in the anterior mid-part of the embryo at stage of 15 h before hatching. The number and size of HGCs reached peaks just before embryo hatching, meanwhile, they were almost all localized at the head part and dorsal surface of the embryo. After hatching completed, HGCs decreased sharply both in number and intensity, and disappeared 13 h after hatching.
