目的:研究鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊对磷酸组胺引起的离体豚鼠气管螺旋条和肺条的作用。方法:采用磷酸组胺致离体豚鼠气管螺旋条及肺条收缩,待达到最大收缩高度时,按累积剂量法加入系列浓度的鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊、鞘蕊苏浸膏、岩白菜素、复方鞘蕊苏口服液和桂龙咳喘宁胶囊溶液,观察记录各累积浓度下的量效曲线,计算抑制率,观察鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊对气管螺旋条和肺条的拮抗作用。结果:鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊浓度依赖性地对抗磷酸组胺引起的离体豚鼠气管螺旋条和肺条的收缩作用,IC50分别为0.18±0.02g/L和1.26±0.22g/L,强于桂龙咳喘宁胶囊。结论:鞘蕊喘咳舒胶囊对磷酸组胺所致离体豚鼠肺条和气管螺旋条的收缩有对抗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Qie Ru chuan chu shu capsule on trachea and pulmonary tubules of guinea pig trachea induced by histamine phosphate. METHODS: Histamine phosphate-induced guinea-pig tracheal spirochetes and pulmonary tubules were contracted. When the maximum systolic height was reached, a series of concentrations of Coleus-Chuanhu-shu capsule, Coleus pluvialis, Bergenin, The compound Shengrui Su oral solution and Guilong Kechuan Ning capsule solution were observed and recorded under the cumulative dose-effect curve, inhibition rate was calculated to observe the Coleus Chuanchu Capsule trachea and pulmonary tuberculosis antagonistic effect. Results: CSRH capsule antagonizes the contractile effect of isolated histamine-induced tracheal spirochetes and pulmonary strips in vitro in a concentration-dependent manner with IC50 values of 0.18 ± 0.02g / L and 1.26 ± 0.22g / L, respectively Guilong Kechuan Ning capsule. Conclusion: Coleus Chuanke Shu capsule antagonizes the contractility of isolated lung and tracheal strips of guinea pigs induced by histamine phosphate.
