对于一个组织来讲,管理是很重要的问题,而被管理则是一个很尴尬的现实,无论被制度管,还是被人管,都明显意味着被管理者有自然的缺陷。但只要身处组织,就必须受到管理。我们唯一需要摆脱的是对管理的恐惧、厌恶和不满等负面的情绪,因为在一个社会中,能随心所欲,不受管理的人很少或没有。在一个系统中位置最高、约束最少的人,在另一个系统中,则可能处于悲惨的境地。在单位颐指气使的主管,回到家中马上就面临角色转换,笑咪咪地四处献媚,一听河东狮吼,马上呆若木鸡。同样的道理,在部门中说一不二的经理,可能每次到总经理办公室都要被骂得
