热毒清注射液对人类免疫缺陷病毒体外抑制作用的研究

为探讨清热解毒制剂热毒清注射液对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)在细胞内复制的影响,以MT-4细胞为靶细胞,并转染HIV-1,从热毒清对靶细胞的亚毒性浓度始作对倍稀释,观察不同浓度热毒清对HIV诱导细胞病变程度的影响。结果表明,热毒清亚毒性浓度(SC)为 6.25mg/ml,50%有效浓度(EC50)为0.473mg/ml,在 0.781~6.25mg/ml剂量范围内,能明显抑制HIV-1在MT-4细胞内的复制。结果提示:热毒清注射液具有较强的抗HIV-1的作用。 To investigate the effect of Qingrejiedu formulation geduqing injection on intracellular replication of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), MT-4 cells were used as target cells and transfected with HIV-1. Toxicity concentration was used for double dilution, and the effect of different concentrations of hot toxic solution on HIV-induced cytopathic effect was observed. The results showed that the toxicant concentration (SC) was 6.25 mg/ml, the 50% effective concentration (EC50) was 0.473 mg/ml, and it was significantly inhibited in the dose range of 0.781 to 6.25 mg/ml. HIV-1 replication in MT-4 cells. The results suggest that Reduqing Injection has a strong anti-HIV-1 effect.
