1.中草药是合成药物的主要原料,以往研究中草药的有效成份主要依靠经典的溶剂法,借助于各成份的化学性质的差异,而加以分离纯化。随着近代物理技术的发展,许多近代方法得到应用,其中有紫外、红外吸收光谱法,质谱法,核磁共振法,荧光光谱法等。我们采用一种新的方法——激光诱导荧光法对生物碱类中草药黄柏、马钱子碱进行分析,得到了比传统光谱更多、更直接的信息,样品也容易制作。
1. Chinese herbal medicine is the main raw material for synthetic drugs. In the past, the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine mainly relied on the classical solvent method and were separated and purified by means of the chemical differences of the ingredients. With the development of modern physics, many modern methods have been applied, including UV, IR absorption spectrometry, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance and fluorescence spectroscopy. We use a new method - laser-induced fluorescence method of alkaloids Chinese herbal medicine cork, strychnine analysis, obtained more than the traditional spectrum more direct information, the sample is also easy to make.
