目的 探讨苯海索 (THP)对蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑皮质内单胺递质水平的影响。方法 采用大鼠SAH动物模型 ,用荧光分光光度法检测了去甲肾上腺素 (NE)、多巴胺 (DA)、5 羟色胺 (5 HT)和 5 羟吲哚乙酸(5 HIAA)的水平。结果 SAH后脑皮质内NE(P <0 .0 1)、5 HT(P <0 .0 1)、5 HIAA(P <0 .0 1)的水平均显著升高 ,DA有升高趋势 ,但无统计学意义 ;THP可明显抑制SAH后脑皮质内NE、5 HT、5 HIAA的升高。结论 SAH可引起脑皮质内NE、5 HT、5 HIAA水平的明显升高 ,THP能有效改善SAH后脑皮质NE和 5 HT的代谢紊乱
Objective To investigate the effect of THP on monoamine neurotransmitter in cerebral cortex after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods Rat SAH animal model was used to detect the levels of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), serotonin (5 HT) and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5 HIAA) by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results The levels of NE (P <0.01), 5 HT (P <0.01), 5 HIAA (P <0.01) in cerebral cortex were significantly increased in SAH group, while DA increased There was no statistical significance. THP could significantly inhibit the elevation of NE, 5 HT and 5 HIAA in cerebral cortex after SAH. Conclusions SAH can significantly increase the level of NE, 5 HT and 5 HIAA in cerebral cortex. THP can effectively improve the metabolic disturbance of NE and 5 HT in cerebral cortex after SAH
