[目的]掌握深圳市使用有机溶剂行业工作场所有机溶剂污染情况。[方法]按深圳市统一的监督抽测技术要求,开展正己烷、三氯乙烯、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷和苯五种有机溶剂的监督抽测工作。[结果]2009-2011年,每年监督抽测的重点企业依次为674、834和733家,五种有机溶剂监测点合格率分别93.41%、97.86%和93.27%。连续三年监督抽测结果显示,1,2-二氯乙烷监测点合格率均为100%;三氯甲烷合格率呈逐年上升的趋势;但2011年三氯乙烯、苯合格率相比2009年和2010年均有不同程度的下降。[结论]2009-2011年度的监测点合格率相比2003年的合格率均有所提高,其中正己烷、三氯乙烯、苯的监测合格率均比2002年明显提高,表明深圳市近年有机溶剂专项整治工作成效显著。
[Objective] To master the organic solvent pollution in the workplace of organic solvent industry in Shenzhen. [Method] According to the unified supervision and sampling technical requirements of Shenzhen City, supervision and extraction of five organic solvents such as n-hexane, trichlorethylene, chloroform, 1,2-dichloroethane and benzene were carried out. [Result] From 2009 to 2011, 674,834 and 733 key enterprises were supervised and tested annually. The pass rates of the five organic solvent monitoring points were 93.41%, 97.86% and 93.27% respectively. The result of supervision and sampling for three consecutive years showed that the pass rate of 1,2-dichloroethane monitoring point was 100%; the passing rate of trichloromethane showed a rising trend year by year. However, compared with 2009, the pass rate of trichlorethylene and benzene in 2009 And in 2010 all have different degrees of decline. [Conclusion] The passing rate of monitoring points in 2009-2011 increased compared with the passing rate in 2003, of which, the passing rate of n-hexane, trichlorethylene and benzene were both significantly higher than that of 2002, indicating that in recent years, the organic solvents Special rectification work achieved remarkable results.
