Objective To investigate the feasibility of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery for intracranial tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 patients with intracranial tumors, preoperative CT and magnetic resonance imaging, diagnosed as brain tumors based on imaging data, after craniotomy according to intraoperative ultrasound to determine the location of the tumor, size and depth, to develop the best Surgical plan. The extent and extent of resection of tumor using sonography in the resection of the tumor are examined, and the method is analyzed by the pathological results. Results Intraoperative ultrasonography after real-time monitoring of tumor lesions located well, showing a variety of echoes, including different levels of tumor performance slightly different. The group of patients with complete resection of the tumor in 32 cases, 91%; nearly complete resection of the tumor in 3 cases, 9%. No case of postoperative infection. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive surgery is a feasible and real-time method for tumor localization. It can provide meaningful reference for minimally invasive surgery in neurosurgery.
