通过硼铝共渗熔盐的研制,各种工艺参数的优选,性能考核和生产实践,确立了硼铝共渗的新工艺。藉助 SEM、AES、X-射线衍射和萤光分析、显微镜等研究了硼铝共渗层的组织结构和硼、铝的浓度分布,及与模具有关的几种性能。结果表明,硼铝共渗层保持了渗硼层所具有的高硬度和红硬性,减轻了渗硼层的脆性剥落倾向,提高了耐磨性、抗氧化和抗热疲劳能力。表面粗糙度好,提高了模具寿命,取得了明显的经济效益。
Through the development of boron-aluminum co-infiltration molten salt, the optimization of various process parameters, performance evaluation and production practice, a new process of boron-aluminum co-infiltration was established. The microstructure and the concentration distribution of boron and aluminum and the properties related to the mold were investigated by means of SEM, AES, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence analysis, microscope and so on. The results show that the boron-aluminous co-permeation layer maintains the high hardness and red hardness of the boronizing layer, reduces the brittle flaking tendency of the boronizing layer and improves the abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance. Surface roughness is good, improve the life of the mold, and achieved significant economic benefits.
