以基于WorldFIP技术的现场智能控制网络的研制为基础,设计实现了一种面向该现场智能控制网络的通信仿真系统。介绍了仿真原理,设计了基于WorldFIP通信协议的现场智能网络数据通信实现方法,详细给出了基于OOP和多线程模拟技术对网络调度设备、基本智能节点和WorldFIP网络通信仿真的设计和实现方法,同时设计了仿真系统的可视化、多层次HMI。采用VC.NET作为主要编程语言,利用面向对象技术的模块性、继承性、开放性和类的封装性进行通信仿真系统的程序设计,实现了对WorldFIP现场总线网络通信和现场智能节点的全面仿真。实践表明,系统运行稳定可靠,具有很好的复用性和可移植性,表现出了较强的实用性。
Based on the research of on-the-spot intelligent control network based on WorldFIP technology, a communication simulation system is designed and implemented for the field intelligent control network. The simulation principle is introduced and the realization method of field intelligent network data communication based on WorldFIP communication protocol is designed. The design and implementation method of network dispatching equipment, basic intelligent node and WorldFIP network communication simulation based on OOP and multithread simulation technology are given in detail. Simultaneously designs the visualization, multi-level HMI of the simulation system. Using VC.NET as the main programming language, the program design of the communication simulation system is implemented by using the object-oriented technology of modularity, inheritance, openness and class encapsulation, thus realizing the overall simulation of WorldFIP fieldbus network communication and on-site intelligent node . Practice shows that the system is stable and reliable, with good reusability and portability, showing a strong practicality.
