采用自制的机械振动装置,研究振动频率和浇注温度对ZL201铝合金凝固组织的影响。结果表明:采用机械振动工艺可以使ZL201铝合金获得细小的等轴晶凝固组织。随着浇注温度的逐渐降低,ZL201铝合金凝固组织逐渐得到细化,晶粒尺寸越来越小,而且非常均匀。振动频率的增加有利于ZL201铝合金等轴晶组织的细化。当振动频率为20Hz时,达到共振,振幅最大,晶粒尺寸最细小均匀。
Self-made mechanical vibration device was used to study the influence of vibration frequency and pouring temperature on the solidification structure of ZL201 aluminum alloy. The results show that the fine equiaxed solidified microstructure of ZL201 aluminum alloy can be obtained by mechanical vibration technology. With the pouring temperature gradually reduced, ZL201 aluminum alloy solidification gradually refined, the grain size is getting smaller and smaller, and very uniform. Vibration frequency is conducive to ZL201 aluminum alloy equiaxed grain refinement. When the vibration frequency is 20Hz, it reaches the resonance with the largest amplitude and the smallest and smallest grain size.
