目的 探讨董酒对小鼠耐疲劳的影响及其可能机制。方法 用昆明种健康小鼠 ,肌注氢化可的松复制阳虚模型 ,用泳动疲劳实验方法观察董酒对其耐疲劳状况、泳动及未泳动血浆乳酸含量、红细胞膜Na+,K+-ATP酶活性和Ca ,Mg -ATP酶活性的影响。结果 在观察时间内 ,董酒组的小鼠与对照组比较 ,泳动活跃 ,其泳动后红细胞膜的Na+,K+-ATP酶活性和Ca ,Mg -ATP酶活性也较之为高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆乳酸含量的变化不明显 ,与酶活性也无明显相关性。结论 董酒似能提高机体对疲劳的耐受性。
Objective To investigate the effect of Dongjiu on mice’s fatigue resistance and its possible mechanism. Methods Hydroxon cortisone was used to replicate the yang deficiency model in Kunming healthy mice. The fatigue tolerance test was used to observe the fatigue-resistance of Dong wine, and the lactic acid content in swimming and non-moving plasma, Na+, K+-ATP in erythrocyte membrane. Enzymatic activity and effects of Ca, Mg-ATPase activity. Results During the observation period, compared with the control group, the mice in the Dongjiu group were more active in swimming, and the Na+, K+-ATPase activity and Ca and Mg-ATPase activity of the red blood cell membrane were also higher than those of the control group (P < 0. 0 5), plasma lactic acid content did not change significantly, and there was no significant correlation with enzyme activity. Conclusion Dong wine seems to improve the body’s tolerance to fatigue.
