针对激光雷达领域对近中红外高灵敏度探测技术的需求,开展了频率上转探测技术的研究。基于二阶非线性耦合波方程组,对PPLN晶体中非线性频率上转换过程的数值分析,研究了泵浦强度、温度、晶体长度、极化周期等因素对频率上转换过程的影响,得出以上因素与频率上转换效率之间的变化关系,并提出了设计实现高效率的频率上转换探测器的建议。
Aimed at the demand of near-infrared high-sensitivity detection technology in the field of laser radar, the research of frequency up-conversion detection technology was carried out. Based on the second-order nonlinear coupled wave equations, the numerical analysis of nonlinear frequency up-conversion in PPLN crystal was studied. The effects of pump intensity, temperature, crystal length and polarization period on the frequency up-conversion were studied. The above factors are related to the frequency conversion efficiency, and some suggestions are put forward to design a frequency up-conversion detector with high efficiency.
