1.在三种不同森林土壤中放线菌的数量以山地黄壤最多,砂土次之,暗棕色森林土最少。在同一土壤中放线菌的分布,由于地貌和植被不同,也有明显的差异。 2.放线菌类群的数量和组成,在三种不同森林土壤间表现了具有一定的差异。优势类群的组合也存在着差异。除了一些较广泛分布的类群,也有一些只在个别土壤中出现的稀有类群。 3.不同森林土壤中放线菌的优势种不同。在同一土壤中不同森林群落结构下,放线菌优势种的组合也有一定的差异。某些种只在一定的土壤中出现。但大多数种广泛分布于三种土壤中。在优势种中发现了一种非典型的橄榄产色放线菌和一个未经记载过的新种Act.lilacinofulvus Yen et Chou。 4.在三种不同森林土壤中,拮抗性放线菌的分布以砂土最多,山地黄壤次之,暗棕色森林土中较少。生态因子与拮抗性放线菌分布的相关性,有待进一步研究。
1. The amount of actinomycetes in three kinds of forest soils is the highest in yellow soil of mountainous area, the second is in sandy soil, the least in dark brown forest soil. Actinomycetes in the same soil distribution, due to the different topography and vegetation, there are significant differences. 2. The number and composition of actinomycete groups showed some differences among the three kinds of forest soils. There are also differences in the combination of dominant groups. In addition to some of the more widely distributed taxa, there are some rare taxa found only in individual soils. Different forest soil actinomycetes dominant species different. In the same soil in different forest community structure, actinomycetes dominant species combinations also have some differences. Some species appear only in certain soil. However, most species are widely distributed in three soils. Among the dominant species, an atypical actinomyces olgensis and an unrecorded new species Act.lilacinofulvus Yen et Chou were found. Among the three kinds of forest soils, the distribution of antagonistic actinomycetes was the highest with sandy soil, followed by the yellow soil in the mountain, and less in the dark brown forest soil. The correlation between ecological factors and the distribution of antagonistic actinomycetes needs further study.
