在文献[1]讨论半导体器件物理模型的基础上,本文着重说明动量能量方程在半导体输运问题中的应用范围.分析表明:在存在空间非均匀场的情况下,预期使用动量能量守恒方程能有比较可靠的结果.本文也给出基于玻尔兹曼方程的不同输运模型之间的相互关系.
Based on the literature [1] discussing the physical model of semiconductor devices, this paper focuses on the application of momentum energy equations in semiconductor transport problems. The analysis shows that in the presence of space inhomogeneous field, it is expected to use the momentum energy conservation equation There is a more reliable result.This paper also gives the relationship between different transport models based on the Boltzmann equation.
