煤系高岭土与传统的非煤系高岭土在结构及理化性能方面有很大区别,特别是煤系高岭土煅烧以后,由于羟基的脱去,其表面改性机理与非煅烧高岭土有很大不同,因而必须针对煤系高岭土自身结构和性质特点,选择有效的表面改性剂。本文提出了目前煤系高岭土表面改性过程中存在的几个问题及解决对策。作者通过大量实验,对煤系高岭土经过某种处理以提高其比表面积,然后再进行表面改性,取得了很好效果。同时在改性效果评价参数方面,作者提出了“有效活化指数”的概念,从而使其改性效果的评价更加有效。

In this paper, several problems existing in the surface modification of coal-based kaolin and the countermeasures are put forward. The author through a large number of experiments, the coal kaolinite after some treatment to increase its specific surface area, and then the surface modification, and achieved good results. At the same time, in the aspect of modification effect evaluation parameters, the author put forward the concept of “effective activation index” so as to make the evaluation of modification effect more effective.
