目的:建立化痰平喘片中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为岛津SHIM-PACK VP-ODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-0.4%磷酸(40:60)为流动相,流速:1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为280nm,柱温:30℃。结果:黄苓苷在0.10～2.05μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为100.4%,RSD0.9%(n=9)。结论:方法准确可靠,可作为化痰平喘片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Huayu Pingchuan Tablets. Method: The column was Shimadzu SHIM-PACK VP-ODS column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (40:60) as mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0ml·min-1, detection The wavelength is 280 nm and the column temperature is 30°C. Results: The baicalin has good linearity in the range of 0.10-2.05 μg (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 100.4% and RSD 0.9% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable. It can be used as a quality control method for Huayu Pingchuan Tablets.
