大跨度顶进箱形桥往往采用人工挖孔桩作为施工便梁的临时支墩,但有时受地质条件的限制,特别是在流砂地区,人工挖孔桩难以挖至设计深度,基础安全得不到保证。本文结合具体工程实例,提出采用多根刚性短桩作为施工便梁的临时基础,根据桩土共同作用原理对桩的承载力进行分析检算,保证基础安全可靠,确保立交桥顶进施工的顺利进行。
Long-span jack-in box girders often use artificial dug piles as temporary supports for the construction of the free girders, but are sometimes limited by the geological conditions, especially in the sand area where it is difficult to dig the dug pile to the designed depth and the foundation is safe To guarantee. Based on the concrete engineering examples, the paper proposes the use of multiple rigid short piles as the temporary foundation for the construction of the freezers. According to the principle of pile-soil interaction, the bearing capacity of the pile is analyzed and verified to ensure the safety and reliability of the foundation and ensure the smooth progress of overpass construction .
