依据配电网的特点提出了配电网的网损计算方法，建立了有功损耗最小的网络重构数学模型，确定了电压约束和容量约束，分析了寻求次最优解的方法．利用改进的模拟退火算法制定了实现配电网开关状态最优组合的步骤，适用于各种电压等级和容量约束的配电网，实现了有功经济运行．
According to the characteristics of distribution network, this paper puts forward the calculation method of network loss for distribution network, establishes the network reconfiguration mathematical model with the least active loss, determines the voltage constraint and capacity constraint, and analyzes the method of finding the suboptimal solution. The improved simulated annealing algorithm is used to develop the optimal combination of switching states of distribution network. It is suitable for distribution network with various voltage levels and capacity constraints, and realizes economic operation.
