课堂教学活动是由一个个细节构成的。构成完整教学活动过程的细节应该既有课前预设,也有课中生成。动态生成是新课程课堂教学的一个亮点,它既体现了学生的主体性,也展现了课堂的真实性,是课堂具有生命活力的标志。但在相当多的课堂上,教师的引领作用发挥得还不到位,笔者依据一些教学理论和平时的教学实践,试着从教师如何在动态生成中发挥引领作用这个角度谈谈自己的浅见。
Classroom teaching activities are composed of one by one detail. The details that make up a complete teaching activity should be both pre-class and in-class. Dynamic generation is a highlight of classroom teaching in the new curriculum. It not only embodies the students’ subjectivity, but also shows the authenticity of the classroom. It is a sign of the vitality of the classroom. However, in quite a few classes, the leading role of teachers is not enough. The author tries to discuss his own humble opinion from the perspective of how teachers play a leading role in the dynamic generation according to some teaching theories and teaching practice in peace time.
