随着石化工业的快速发展,石化工业含油废水大量排放对环境造成较大压力。综述了国内外MBR深度处理含油石化废水研究成果,讨论了MBR基本运行参数、盐度、除油菌等因素及组合工艺对MBR处理石化含油废水的影响,认为控制HRT以保证系统中微生物的降解效果,废水中盐度对石化含油废水中污染物的去除效果有显著影响,投加除油菌可缩短MBR启动时间并增强抗冲击负荷能力等。论文还对含油石化废水深度处理及回用发展趋势进行了展望。
With the rapid development of petrochemical industry, a large amount of oil-containing wastewater from petrochemical industry causes great pressure on the environment. The research results of MBR in-depth treatment of oil-bearing petrochemical wastewater at home and abroad are reviewed. The effects of MBR basic operating parameters, salinity, bacteria removal and other factors on the treatment of petrochemical-based wastewater with MBR are discussed. HRT is considered to ensure the degradation of microorganisms in the system Effect, the salinity of the wastewater has a significant effect on the removal of pollutants in the oil-containing wastewater containing petrochemicals, and the addition of the oil-removing bacteria can shorten the MBR start-up time and enhance the anti-impact load capacity. The paper also looks forward to the development of deep treatment and reuse of oily and petrochemical wastewater.
