本着“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针,本刊从1976年第1期刊登“管(棒)材矫直机辊形曲线的理论研究和试验”以来,先后又刊登了“交错轴轧制任意回转曲面辊形方程的推导”(1977年第3期)、“矫直机辊形分析计算与加工方法的研究”(1977年6期)两篇文事,连同本期“矫直辊的近似辊形与尺寸计算”一文,虽各篇阐述及侧重点有所不同,但却都是在探讨“矫直辊形理论及其计算方法”的,上述各篇计算方法有繁、有简,然而都能较为正确地计算辊形曲线,这对于在各种条件下推广应用以及建立一个系统完整结构严密的理论都做出了贡献。本文计算方法步骤不多,应用方便,用笔算或手摇计算机并不花费多少时间,不需采用电子计算机。为重型机械向现代化发展,实现科学技术现代化。我们希望从事重型机械产品科研设计制造的广大工人、干部、工程技术人员及读者,在重型机械广泛的领域内能开展基础理论及关键技术问题探讨研究。通过讨论与争鸣,活跃学术气氛,求得问题的正确解答,我们热忱欢迎这方面的稿件。
