雷公藤多甙(T_Ⅱ,20mg/kg·d×21d,po)和环孢素A(CsA,5mg/kg·d×21d,ip)治疗CJ-S131感染鼠,二药对感染鼠的自身免疫反应均有一定的抑制作用。感染鼠升高的PFC和淋巴细胞的过度增殖均能被T_Ⅱ和CsA所抑制;升高的ds-DHA自身抗体可被T_Ⅱ所抑制,而不能被CsA所抑判;T_Ⅱ还具有使升高的Th/Ts比值恢复的作用。结果表明,T_Ⅱ对感染鼠亢进的T、B细胞功能均有抑制作用,而CsA对T细胞功能亢进及胸腺依赖的B细胞反应有明显的抑制作用。
