在全球化时代的背景下,国际文化软实力合作与竞争并进,一方面,世界文化融合,国际文化交流与合作加强,一方面,世界各国文化软实力激烈竞争。顺应合作与竞争的潮流,孔子学院应允成功建立并且快速发展,不单单推广汉语言教学,还弘扬中国优秀的传统文化。孔子学院是我国“走出去”的一项重要外交策略,是我国文化软实力的最好体现,促进了我国文化产业的交流与合作,增强了我国文化软实力的竞争力和发展力,为我国树立了良好积极地国际形象。
In the context of the globalization era, international cultural soft power cooperation and competition go hand in hand. On the one hand, the world’s cultural integration and international cultural exchanges and cooperation are intensified. On the one hand, the cultural soft power in all countries in the world is fiercely competitive.
