兰州某超高层建筑设计主楼56层,楼宇总高度266m,核心筒基底最大压力达1160k Pa,基坑最大深度25.3m,平均深度19.0m,均为兰州地区首创。建筑物基础坐落于第三系风化砂岩层中,深入认识与评价第三系砂岩地基的承载能力、变形等工程参数,为论证其天然地基的可行性,对兰州地区超高层建设具有重大意义。超高层建筑物在基础方案选型及基础工程设计(包括深基坑工程的设计施工)前,需要深入开展地基试验测试工作,对岩土地基的工程特性进行更深入的研究,为地基基础设计的科学论证提供充分依据。
The 56th floor of the main building of a super high-rise building in Lanzhou has a total building height of 266m. The maximum pressure of the core tube base reaches 1160kPa. The maximum depth of the foundation pit is 25.3m and the average depth is 19.0m, both of which were pioneered in Lanzhou. The foundation of the building is located in the Tertiary weathered sandstone layer. It is of great significance to deeply understand and evaluate the bearing capacity and deformation of the Tertiary sandstone foundation. To demonstrate the feasibility of its natural foundation, it is of great significance for the construction of the super high-rise building in Lanzhou. Before the selection of superstructure structures and basic engineering design (including the design and construction of deep foundation pit projects), super high-rise buildings need to carry out ground-based tests and tests in depth and conduct a more in-depth study on the engineering characteristics of rock and soil foundations for the foundation design Scientific argument to provide sufficient basis.
