目的为了解遵义市乡镇传染病网络报告现状及导致乡镇零报告多而频繁的原因,发现存在的问题,为提高我市传染病报告的及时性、敏感性和准确性,减少乡镇传染病零报告率提供依据。方法①制订调查方案和调查表格,收集零报告率较高乡镇的基本信息资料;②查阅乡镇2010年所有门诊、出入院登记上有无传染病漏报;③统计2010年零报告率较高乡镇门诊就诊登记病例数和住院病例登记数。结果我市2010年乡镇传染病零报告率平均为16.92%,其中最低仅52.98%。此次抽查5个县25个乡镇卫生院和25个村卫生室,门诊日志累计登记86 116人次、住院累计登记14 011人次;查出传染病214例、报告132例,报告率61.68%;共查处方数1 848张,门诊日志登记904例,双向符合率仅48.92%。结论本次调查结果显示,医疗机构门诊登记符合率低,存在传染病漏报现象,医疗机构要完善内部奖惩制度,加强法律法规及业务培训;开展部门联合执法督导力度是控制传染病漏登、漏报的有效措施。
Objective To find out the current situation of Zunyi city network of infectious diseases in villages and towns and the causes of frequent and frequent reporting of township zones and find out the existing problems so as to improve the timeliness, sensitivity and accuracy of reporting of infectious diseases in our city and reduce the number of reports of infectious diseases in towns and villages Rate basis. Methods (1) To develop survey plans and survey forms to collect the basic information of villages and towns with zero reporting rate; (2) to check whether there is any omission of infectious diseases in all the outpatient clinics in 2010; (3) Outpatient visits registered cases and inpatient registrations. Results The average reporting rate of township infectious diseases in 2010 was 16.92%, of which the lowest was only 52.98%. The sampling of 25 township hospitals and 25 village clinics in 5 counties recorded 86,116 outpatient diaries and 14,011 inpatient registrations. 214 infectious diseases were detected, 132 cases were reported, and the reported rate was 61.68% There were 1,848 prescriptions and 904 outpatient diaries registered, with a bi-directional coincidence rate of only 48.92%. Conclusion The survey results show that the compliance rate of outpatient registration of medical institutions is low, there is a phenomenon of underreporting of infectious diseases, medical institutions should improve the internal rewards and punishments system, strengthen laws, regulations and business training; carry out departmental joint law enforcement and supervision to control communicable diseases, Omission of effective measures.
