针对采用常规钻探设备和钻进工艺,很难保证瓦斯抽采煤孔的有效抽采长度,实际钻孔轨迹与设计钻孔轨迹偏差较大,瓦斯抽放钻孔施工不到位的问题,结合工业性试验,利用现有旋转钻进设备配合强力造斜挠性组合钻具,依据挠性钻杆造斜钻进理论,研究挠性钻杆旋转钻进强力造斜钻进工艺。实践证明,这种工艺方法的应用,增加了顶底板穿层孔煤层段长度,提高了成孔率和瓦斯抽采率。
