近年来,随着我国社会的发展和经济水平的不断提高,市场经济也逐渐发展起来,使得营销市场严重缺乏营销人才。据有关统计显示,近几年市场营销人才的需求量逐年上升,市场营销专业人才的需求始终位居各大城市人才需求排行榜的前三位。许多企业十分缺少专业性强、交际能力强的优秀销售人才。因此,加强中职市场营销专业人才的培养已成为广大中职学校的首要任务。本文主要论述以下三个方面:中职市场营销专业学生职业能力培养中存在的问题、市场营销专业中职业能力的内涵及培养学生职业能力的必要性和提高市场营销专业学生职业能力培养的具体途径。
In recent years, with the development of our society and the continuous improvement of the economic level, the market economy has also gradually developed, making the marketing market a serious shortage of marketing personnel. According to relevant statistics, in recent years, the demand of marketing talents has been on the rise year by year. The demand of marketing professionals has always ranked the top three in the demand list of major cities. Many enterprises are very lack of professionalism, communicative ability of outstanding sales personnel. Therefore, to strengthen the training of professional marketing professionals in secondary vocational schools has become the primary task. This article mainly discusses the following three aspects: the problems existing in vocational skills training of secondary vocational education students, the connotation of professional competence in marketing specialty, the necessity of cultivating students’ professional competence and the ways to improve the cultivation of professional competence of marketing majors .
