随着社会物质文明和精神文明的不断提高,人们对健康的理解也发生了转变,“健康”不仅仅是指躯体,而且包括心理的健康,是人类灵与肉的完美结合。联合国世界卫生组织对健康下的定义是:“健康不仅是没有疾病和虚弱,而且应包括体格、心理和社会适应能力的全面发展。”良好的健康习惯应从小抓起,因此在幼儿园中引导幼儿学习掌握强身健体的方法,增强自我保护意识,注重心理卫生,保持良好的心理状态,使幼儿身心健康和谐发展便显得尤为重要。那么,怎样让幼儿加强练习并形成固定健体的自动化行为方式呢?
