对药用植物鸡冠花的根尖体细胞染色体进行了计数和核型分析。计数为２ｎ＝３６；１８对染色体均为中部着丝点染色体，未见随体染色体和Ｂ染色体；核型公式为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝２ｘ＝３６＝３６ｍ，核型属１Ａ型。
Chromosomal chromosomes of the root tip cells of the medicinal plant Celosia were counted and karyotyped. The count is 2n=36; the 18 pairs of chromosomes are the centromere chromosomes, and there are no satellite chromosomes and B chromosomes; the karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x=36=36m and the karyotype is type 1A.
