新疆戈壁野生木贼麻黄中麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的测定

采用半仿生提取法提取生物碱,以薄层色谱法(TLC)对戈壁野生木贼麻黄的根、茎与果中提取的生物碱进行了签别,用HPLC同时测定新疆和田皮山戈壁野生木贼麻黄中的盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱等生物碱的含量,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积比10∶90),测定波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min.结果显示,测定盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在0.7-4.2μg/m L(r=0.999),0.05-0.3μg/m L(r=0.999)范围内,线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为101.6%(RSD=0.3%),102.1%(RSD=0.7%).该法结果准确,重现性好,可用于新疆和田皮山戈壁野生木贼麻黄2种生物碱的含量测定. The alkaloids were extracted by semi-bionic extraction method, and the alkaloids extracted from root, stem and fruit of Gypsophila raddeannis in Gobi were checked by thin layer chromatography (TLC). Simultaneous determination of Gobi wild wood The contents of alkaloids such as ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were determined by Agilent HC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (volume ratio 10:90) The results showed that the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were in the range of 0.7-4.2μg / m L (r = 0.999) and 0.05-0.3μg / m L (r = 0.999 ), The average linear recovery was 101.6% (RSD = 0.3%) and 102.1% (RSD = 0.7%), respectively.The results of the method were accurate and reproducible and could be used in the Gobi of Hetian Pei Shan Determination of two kinds of alkaloids in wild.
