采用半仿生提取法提取生物碱,以薄层色谱法(TLC)对戈壁野生木贼麻黄的根、茎与果中提取的生物碱进行了签别,用HPLC同时测定新疆和田皮山戈壁野生木贼麻黄中的盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱等生物碱的含量,色谱柱为Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积比10∶90),测定波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min.结果显示,测定盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在0.7-4.2μg/m L(r=0.999),0.05-0.3μg/m L(r=0.999)范围内,线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为101.6%(RSD=0.3%),102.1%(RSD=0.7%).该法结果准确,重现性好,可用于新疆和田皮山戈壁野生木贼麻黄2种生物碱的含量测定.
