通过鸡粪和玉米秸秆混合堆肥试验,研究了高温堆肥过程中堆体温度变化规律和堆肥无害化效果。结果表明:高温堆肥经过了升温期、高温期和降温期,高温(5~60℃)期维持在20d左右,环境温度对堆体温度有一定的影响;高温堆肥工艺达到了堆肥无害化对温度的要求,堆肥后样品大肠杆菌值和蛔虫卵死亡率均达到了有机肥行业标准的要求;在该试验条件下,供试外源微生物的引入对堆肥温度影响不大。
Through the composting experiment of chicken manure and corn stalk, the change laws of temperature of composting body and composting harmless effect during high temperature composting process were studied. The results showed that high temperature composting maintained the temperature of about 20 days after the heating period, the high temperature period and the cooling period and the high temperature (5 ~ 60 ℃), and the environmental temperature had a certain influence on the temperature of the pile. Temperature requirements, post-compost samples Escherichia coli and ascaris egg mortality have reached the requirements of the organic fertilizer industry standards; under the conditions of this experiment, the introduction of test exogenous microorganisms on composting temperature has little effect.
