目的了解公安政工干部心理健康状况。方法采用明尼苏达多项个性调查表、卡氏16种人格因素测验、症状自评量表和焦虑自评量表,结合访谈的方法对114名政工干部进行个性和心理状况的评估。结果1MMPI量表的测试结果显示,有病理性异常的分量表有疑病量表、抑郁量表、癔病量表、精神病态量表、男性化-女性化量表、偏执量表、精神衰弱量表、躁狂量表,其检出率分别为13%、9%、18%、9%、11%、3%、6%、7%。216PF量表的测试结果显示,排在前6位的个性因素依次是兴奋性、敢为性、世故性、恃强性、稳定性、乐群性。3SCL-90量表的测试结果显示,阳性检出率6%,且均为轻度,多表现在人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、强迫症状因子分上。4SAS量表的测试结果显示,有轻、中度焦虑的共计6人,占有效问卷的6%。结论从总体水平上讲,114名政工干部的心理健康水平良好,且绝大部分政工干部在情绪调控、压力缓解、人际沟通方面具有很好的处理能力。
Objective To understand the mental health status of public security cadres. Methods A total of 114 political cadres were evaluated for personality and psychological status using the Minnesota Multiple Personality Questionnaire, Card’s 16 Personality Factors Tests, Self-rating Symptom Inventory and Anxiety Scale. Results The results of 1MMPI test showed that the subscales with pathological abnormalities included the Sickness Scale, Depression Scale, Hysteria Scale, Mental Illness Scale, Masculinity-Feminization Scale, Paranoid Scale, Mental Failure Scale Table, mania scale, the detection rate was 13%, 9%, 18%, 9%, 11%, 3%, 6%, 7%. 216PF test results show that the top six personality factors followed by excitability, dare sex, sophisticated, bullying, stability, music group sex. 3SCL-90 scale test results showed that the positive detection rate of 6%, and are mild, and more in interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, obsessive-compulsive symptoms score. The test results of the 4SAS scale showed that there were 6 people with mild and moderate anxiety, accounting for 6% of the valid questionnaires. Conclusion From the overall level, 114 political cadres have a good mental health level, and the vast majority of political and military cadres have good ability to handle emotional adjustment, stress relief and interpersonal communication.
