出走的故事在中国这个拥有最庞大人口数量的国家,人才流失十分严重。有资料显示,20多年来被公派留学的人员中,学成归国的不足1/3。有30多万的高科技人才流失国外,相当于几个美国“哇谷”。更严重的是,许多的人还盼着走出国门,到外面的世界去寻找人生目标。故事一:浙江省一位脑外科博士郭正品多次拒绝病人家属送的红包,影响了他的助手们“发财”,其他医生也对他的这个不合群的行为十分反感,对他很排斥。他外语不错,平时与同事打招呼喜欢夹一些诸如“YES”、“NO”之类的英文,更被其他同事冷嘲热讽,讥笑为“假洋鬼子”。1998年,医院实行优化组合,他被优化掉了,理由不少,有:综合素质偏低、恃才自傲、人际关系紧张等,就是没有一条与业务有关。
The Story of a Runaway In China, the country with the largest population, the brain drain is serious. Statistics show that less than one-third of the returned overseas students have returned to their home countries in over 20 years. More than 300,000 high-tech professionals have lost their home abroad, equivalent to a few United States “wow.” What is more serious is that many people are still looking forward to going abroad to find the life goal outside the world. Story 1: Dr. Guo Zhengpin, a brain surgeon in Zhejiang Province, repeatedly rejected the red envelopes sent by the patients' families and affected his assistants to “make a fortune.” Other doctors were very much disgusted with his disheartening behavior and were very much excluded from him. His good foreign language, usually greet with colleagues like to clip some such as “YES”, “NO” like English, but also by other colleagues cynical, ridiculed as “fake foreign devils.” In 1998, the optimal combination of hospitals, he was optimized out for many reasons: low overall quality, self-confidence, interpersonal tensions, there is no business-related.
