为了适应市场经济条件下企业对技能人才的需求,增强技工学校毕业生适应社会的能力,拓宽技校毕业生的就业门路,本着省政府关于技工学校要开设复合专业、培养学生一专多能的指示精神,我校自1999年新生入校起陆续开设了钳焊、车铣、车磨、电工与电子等复合专业。三年过去了,如今首届复合专业学生已毕业走向了工作岗位。从毕业生的就业安置过程以及用人单位的反馈情况看,复合专业的学生较单一工种学生有更强的适应能力,有更多的就业选择机会,受到许多用人单位的欢迎。三年来的实践探索,说明技工学校开设复合专业,培养复合型技能人才是切实可行的,也为今后开设更加合理的复合专业、培养更高层次的复合型技能人才积累了经验。

Three years have passed, and now the first composite majors have graduated to work positions. According to the employment placement process of graduates and the feedback from employers, the students of composite majors have more adaptability than single-type students and have more employment opportunities and are welcomed by many employers. The practice and exploration over the past three years shows that it is practicable to set up a composite major in technical schools and to train qualified composite talents. It also has accumulated experience in setting up a more rational composite major in the future and cultivating a higher level of composite skilled personnel.
