In the 5th issue of your magazine, published in 2003, Mr. Grain’s postage “France’s Postmark” is illustrated with illustrations. This paper divides the postage stamps with promotional stamps into six categories, which are very pleasing to the eye and of great benefit. I then add a category: celebrity memorial. Such as the 90th anniversary of the birth of Malo on January 2, 1991 (Figure 1); the 500th anniversary of the birth of Rabelais on December 19, 1994 (Figure 2); and the 100th anniversary of the death of Dudo on June 20, 1997 (Figure 3); March 28, 2002 to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Dumas stamp (Figure 4); April 10, 2002 commemorating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Hugo stamp (Figure 5), etc.
