人们常说:“台上一分钟,台下十年功”。这“功”就是指表演者的基本功。除去舞蹈者在基本功软度与力度的训练中普遍运用的方式方法外,笔者通过长期实践和调研总结出较为有效简易的辅助训练:针对肢体柔韧性辅助训练“瑜伽呼吸法”来解决舞蹈者基本软开度;针对肢体力度辅助性训练可通过“运动器械运用”开展局部针对性、长效训练。
