练“内功”,是指企业通过内部挖潜,不断提高管理水平,变换经营策略,完善运行机制,使企业在不增加大的投入,不依赖优惠政策,在外部条件依旧的情况下,使生产不断发展,效益不断提高。 当前国有企业困难重重,但有一点是很明显的:在同样的大环境下,当大多数国有企业举步维艰,苦撑难熬的时候,有一部分国有企业却生机勃勃,蒸蒸日上。探究其中原因,这属于后者的国有企业,无一不是在练“内功”上下了硬功夫,花了大力气。这样的例子比比皆是。
