随着计算机技术的发展和互联网的普及,无论是消费者的消费习惯、消费方式和消费心理还是企业的组织结构、运营方式和管理方式等都发生了较大的变化。网络经济作为知识经济的一种表现形式,对企业的长期经营和永续发展提出了更高的要求。本文在对商业模式创新和企业商业模式创新动因分析基础上,说明了进行商业模式创新的必要性,并对企业商业模式创新的途径进行了系统的分析。
With the development of computer technology and the popularization of the Internet, great changes have taken place in both consumer habits, consumption patterns and consumer psychology, as well as the organizational structure, operation methods and management methods of enterprises. As a manifestation of knowledge-based economy, network economy puts forward higher requirements on the long-term management and sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the motivation of business model innovation and business model innovation, this paper illustrates the necessity of business model innovation and systematically analyzes the innovation of business model.
